TIER Reference Architecture - Designed to assist executive stakeholders, campus IT architects and TIER community members in understanding the functional components for identity and access management (IAM) in a higher education institution, and how those components relate to one another.  It includes both Business and Technical contexts, Narrative Walkthroughs (real life use cases), and references to formative work.   You can find it here
