Parking Lot for Detailed Discussion Topics (from 12/15/2016 call):

Need to arrange for focused, in-depth discussions on the following items:

1. Identifiers (Needs to be discussed in Kantara WG-FI)

   1. Current saml2int says ‘use transient and persistent and not anything else’

   2. NameID formats

   3. Use of attributes

   4. Identifier binding to issuer
