On last Thursday's All pilot call, following a discussion of the draft White Paper, the group decided that we would stop having regularly scheduled conference calls but would continue to keep the email list active for the periodic exchange of information or to post questions and continue to provide pilot updates via the wiki. Based upon the discussion on the email list we may schedule calls regarding emerging topics on an as-needed basis.
Based upon the input we received, Mark Scheible and I will be finalizing the white paper and will resend it to this list as well as distribute it to other sources such as CoSN, the Quilt and Internet2.
I would like to thank you all for your involvement and participation in the Quilt/InCommon Pilot Project. It was gratifying to hear the enthusiasm on last Thursday's call regarding the work that's been done, as well as the optimism with regard to future project work on K-12 Federation.
