The next time Annie returns to the service, she chooses to login with AdmitMe. Since she already has an account, she clicks the AdmitMe button. After successfully authenticating, AdmitMe sends back an assertion describing the authentication, the verification level associated with her account, her AdmitMe identifier, and optionally a set of attributes. The application service optionally loads the local representation of Annie.
Precondition: User wishes to access PI site via AdmitMe account
1. User may not have local account
2. The user may or may-not have AdmitMe account.
3. The user may be accessing the P1 website via AdmitMe account for the first time.
Post-condition: User has successfully accessed the P1 website via his AdmitMe account
1. User now has AdmitMe account is he didn't have one.
2. User may not have local account
3. User has already at-least once accessed P1 website via AdmitMe account.
