The Internet2 NET+ ServiceNow

program, a community-driven initiative supporting higher education institutions in their use of ServiceNow’s cloud-based platform. Here, you’ll find key resources, documentation, and collaboration opportunities curated by and for the higher ed community.

Program is open to all Internet2 Higher Education members, research-related Internet2 Affiliate members, or non-members that would fall into either the Higher Education or Affiliate member categories. This wiki page provides an overview on how to make the most of your program participation by sharing details on service documentation, upcoming events, latest Service Advisory Group news, and other community resources.

Through Internet2, participating institutions gain access to peer-reviewed contract terms, security assessments, and preferred pricing—along with a trusted network of campus IT leaders who share best practices, implementation strategies, and support resources tailored to the needs of higher ed.
