Next Call Topic: Unconscious Bias - Small Group Discussion

All women, allies, and advocates are invited to join in a conversation on our biases and our responses. Beth Schaefer will facilitate the interactive session with a quick You asked for more discussion on the topic, so here we go! At our April 23 session, Beth Schaefer presented an overview of unconscious bias, along with examples and suggested responses. So this week, Beth will provide a quick review and then we’ll break into small groups (Zoom breakout sessions) with some scenarios to guide discussion. Participants will be able to share their experiences and develop usable action plans. Small shifts can lead to big change!You need not to have been present at the previous session to participate.
