1. Update on CIFER: StratOrg deliverables and Technical Oversight (KeithH)
   1. Since our last call, the StratOrg folks have floated a couple new ideas along with a request for some additional information / interaction. We need to talk through the ramifications of those discussions, decide how we want to interact with the StratOrg folks about these new requests, and prepare whatever we need to to respond to their inquiries. Keith and Rob can begin the conversation, but hopefully this will be an open discussion.

   3. Consider proposing an IAM Online for the summer on provisioning (see thread on MACE and MACE-Dir "upper middleware, revisited"
