The Steering Committee shall consist of at least three and no more than seven (suggested change 2/27/2016 Jim Phelps) persons. Members of the Steering Committee serve for a two year term with the possibility of re-appointment. Members of the Steering Committee shall be nominated and appointed in accordance with procedures established by the Steering Committee.
