Continue to enhance the value of the NET+ GCP program.

Goal #2: Ecosystem
Develop additional ways to consume ecosystem services for NET+ GCP. These include additional cost management functionality, training services, security products, and commonly used, ready to deploy research tooling.
- Possible Deliverable: Develop a list of billing management resources for NET+GCP subscribers. Different resellers have different cost/billing management tools, so we should provide some guidance around how institutions should approach billing from a practical standpoint.
