Internet2 today announced the release of Grouper 2.2, which includes a r= eimagined Grouper user interface, including much-improved ease of use, mobi= le-friendly features, the use of "favorites," easy tracking of all the grou= ps an individual belongs to, and more. In addition, the new Grouper user in= terface uses responsive web design, reducing barriers for people with disab= ilities. Other significant new Grouper 2.2 release features include configu= ration overlay files for easier deployment and upgrading, integration with = System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), and the ability to tag = folders and groups to create "services" in Grouper.
"We thank the many members of the Grouper user community who provided va= luable input over the past year, as we gathered requirements for the enhanc= ed Grouper user interface, and who performed testing.
