Updated link to 2013 Face2Face planning page. 5. De-emphasized peer groups reported to be not active. 6. Updated Content Management Group to highlight current effort on updating/improving wiki. Show all tags used throughout site on right - useful for finding library (and other items). Improvement Recommendations --------------------------- 1. Process for facilitating administrator permissions Admin privileges are necessary for many actions beyond the page level - changing name of side navigation element (Recently Discussed to Topics), testing whether proposed recommendation will work (Google Analytics), tagging an attachment. Alternatives: a. Create/document process for submitting changes to administrator b. Provide administrator permissions directly to those requesting and vetted (list updated by master administrator) 2. Metrics Follow-up Recommend Google Analytics (free but requiring admin intervention) to Get some measures on Itana wiki site hits and info on user access at least in terms of where they are coming, typic of device. Ongoing analytics will be accessible and give some measure of Itana wiki site popularity and provide basic information about type of user (may help characterize/inform previous working group's concept of personas). Can research more fully and provide steps to administrator/aminister directly with permissions.
