1.    Peering Working Group
Jeff Bartig provided an update:
-number of peers hasn't changed since the SMM
-number of connectors hasn't changed since the SMM
-IPv6 migration progress hasn't changed since the SMM
-Jeff asked for input from the community on additional topics for future review by the group

2.    RHCPP Working Group
David Crowe provided an update:
-he is going to convene a bi-weekly call with those that have expressed interest in participating

3.    DCN Working Group
Linda Winkler provided an update:
-collected list of names of those from SMM
-had an initial discussion regarding direction for the group with Eric Boyd
-she has drafted a list of items for draft charter
-will send the draft charter to the dcn-announce list and encourage all interested to participate
-currently 100 people have expressed interest; those participating will prioritize the list and determine where the group will go
-will send charter to Paul

4.    Routing Policy Working Group
Dave Farmer wasn't available for the call.

5.    Measurement Working Group
Carla Hunt provided an update:
-had discussion with Matt, Eric and Jeff regarding
-Mark Johnson indicated that there are some cross-council discussions
-talking about folding in some other groups if necessary and will coordinate with cross-council discussions
-will be soliciting ideas and formalizing a charter
-will send charter to Paul

6.    ARIN issues
Dale is looking for emails with issues with the legacy RSA
Dave Farmer is assisting with this group and Cort Buffington will also help

7.    naval observatory
Jose Domingues and David Farmer weren't available for the call.

8.    PHOEBUS/Bulk Transport Working Group
during the i2 SMM there was discussion of phoebus working group; now have reinvigorated bulk transport working group
the group will meet on May 22 at 1:00 EDT
Eric indicated that the bulk transport is a legacy working group that was in existence prior to the NTAC.  Paul indicated that the bulk transport working group can decide whether they want to be part of the NTAC---they are welcome but not required.  PHOEBUS, as a service, does fit into the charter for the bulk transport working group.  The current chairs are Steven Singer and Chet Ruszczyk.

9.    Information and Infrastructure
Paul indicated that a chair is required and perhaps the group needs a new name.  This group has cross-cutting concerns for understanding interactions among network services.  Martin Swany has agreed to chair this group and Paul Schopis will be a member of the group.
