Action Items
- The Deployment Strategies subgroup will continue the discussion of failover strategies and draft a white paper for discussion by the full Cohortium in 2-3 meetings.
Highlights
- The subgroups will meet every other week via conference call. The times are:
- Business: Wednesday, 3-4 EDT, starting 7/31
- Deployment: Friday, 2-3 EDT, starting 8/2
- Technology: Friday, 2-3 EDT, starting 8/9
- Product/Vendor: Monday, 2-3 EDT, starting 8/5
- InCert is starting to gain international attention. An alpha version is out and being demoed. If anyone is interested in working on an Android version, let us know; there may be funds to support the work.
- As part of her presentation on the FIDO Alliance, Stina Ehrensvard of Yubico mentioned that they have products that meet the FIDO requirements. For more information, contact Stina at Stina@Yubico.com.
- There was good discussion of failover strategies when users do not have access to hardware tokens. The Deployment Strategies subgroup will continue the discussion and bring a draft white paper back to the full group in 2-3 meetings. The important thing is to accommodate the needs of both relying parties and end-users.
