Product Owner / Manager

The Itana Wiki product owner/manager discovers what users need, prioritizes what to build next, and rallies the team around a product roadmap. They are also responsible for creating and managing the product backlog. 

  • Capture the insights from the Summer 2020 Wiki Refresh session and gather insights from the Itana Members as needed.
  • Create the Itana Wiki’s long-term vision and strategy.
  • Align the team around a cohesive and actionable product roadmap.
  • Deliver features that function and delight customers especially New2EA members.
  • Decide what features to build next for an MVP release.
  • Help ensure alignment around the overall strategy and direction of the product.
  • Work with the team to develop actionable user stories, prioritize the user stories, and arrange user stories in the product backlog.
  • Work to ensure that the working group is clear on what to work on next.
  • Attends team meetings to ensure that development work is aligned with the roadmap.
  • Provides feedback on the validated roadmap to the Itana Steering Committee and the Itana members.
