The aim of this first session was to look at Starting out in EA and to foster discussion around the experiences the group had in order to help those just at the beginning of the EA journey.
Cardiff looked at the TOGAF circle and found that they were doing pretty well in the technical architecture portion of the flow. They were also strong in Project Program management so the implementation flow was strong. They had a gap in the business architecture matching to the technical architecture.
