    The layout for the survey:  each of the bullets - have a check-box for each one or a 1-5 selection.

    Topic at the Face2Face would be an organizational portion as constituted.  Don't need to have it on the survey.

    Check Box for "Like to hear about", "Talk About", "A good person to talk about would be ____ along with a I will contact them"

    Be clear - whether or not we are going to recruit people to speak about a topic.  "We are looking for volunteers amongst the attendees.  But, if you do know of someone who is outstanding on topic, we can invite them."  Fill out a blank in the survey.

    Wilson D'Souza is looking into getting Peter Weill - MIT Sloan Professor.
