| I would like to announce the formation of a new InCommon working group and invite the participation of all interested parties. This recently chartered group is tasked with creating a set of recommendations related to the expansion of interoperability among InCommon SAML deployments. Initial plans are for the group to substantially complete its work by the end of 2015. Members of this working group will be asked to take part in regular conference calls (once per week at first, tapering to twice per month) and assist in authoring the group’s formal recommendations. If you have experience integrating SAML IdP/SP deployments and are interested in participating in this effort, please send an email directly to me (and not the list) which includes an indication of your institutional affiliation and any comments you might have regarding your interest in this endeavor.
