HE Summit @ Knowledge 2023

Welcome

This site is dedicated to presenting information on the Higher Education Summit @ Knowledge23. Due to the pandemic, we have not had a chance to meet in few years. Our first, and only HE Summit, was held in 2019 at ServiceNow's Knowledge conference that year. It was a huge success then and we are looking to build off that this year. As such, please find additional information below for further details on how to take advantage of this.

This Year

As with the first year this year's Summit will be held during the pre-conference days scheduled just before the main Knowledge conference starts. The main conference starts on Tuesday and our Summit will be Monday afternoon, the day before. We do this as we do not want to conflict with the main conference scheduling yet we try to hold it as close to the main conference as possible.

Further this year, we will keep the overall general agenda the same as in 2019 as it seemed to work very well. However, we are updating the details so the content is still relevant. Further agenda details will be posted later but an outline is below for your general knowledge.
