1)    Roll Call, Agenda Bash, Approve Minutes, Intellectual Property Rights Policy Reminder

2)    *Brief* updates from each of the 8 pilots

a)    Nebraska – Administrative and system updates. Hoping to get a meeting set up with Anne next weeks about the scholarship. Scott is the new head of the ESCC

b)   MCNC – They plan to start testing with K-12 pilot users. This will demonstrate a K-12 accessing a community college resource.

i)      They are close to having the paper ready on the business models. A webinar to present the paper will be set up prior to the workshop.

3)    STATUS: *Important* Case studies, lessons learned, etc.

4)    InCommon/Quilt Meeting in February

a)    Desired outcomes – Encourage pilots to put together artifacts.

i)      A template will be sent out to group outlining: description, challenges encountered, successes encountered, unanticipated issues and benefits

ii)     A historical perspective can be given as to why the pilots wanted to implement the program. This can be done at a high level.

b)   There have been good brainstorming and discussions on the pilot-def call about workshop agenda.
