Human Salivary Proteome wiki

The Salivary Proteome Wiki is a collaborative, community-based Web portal to more than 1,000 unique human saliva proteins identified by high-throughput proteomic technologies. The wiki is developed for the research community and the public to harness the knowledge in the data and to further enhance the value of the proteome. You are very welcome to share your thoughts in the forums; add your own data to the growing database; annotate the proteins; or just explore the site.

Annual Progress Reporting Science Information System (APRSIS)

APRSIS used by external grantee community to input, edit, and submit their annual progress data to make funding decisions for extramural grants.

Clinical Translational Sciences Award (CTSA)

CTSA Management Systems is a web based system that tracks NIH CTSA Subcommittee and National CTSA Steering Committee activities.

An application for gathering applications for public reviewers. The Institute has found that input provided by public reviewers adds important perspective and sensitivity to the review process and helps to ensure the public health relevance of funded grants.

The database of Genotypes and Phenotypes (dbGaP)

The database of Genotypes and Phenotypes (dbGaP) was developed to archive and distribute the results of studies that have investigated the interaction of genotype and phenotype.


PubMed comprises more than 20 million citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books. Citations may include links to full-text content from PubMed Central and publisher web sites.

Flow Cytometry Experiment and Reagent Management System (FERMS)

Manages the reagents, and users who conduct flow cytometry experiments at the Vaccine Research Center (VRC). The flow cytometry core at the VRC provides services to the investigators at the VRC and collaborators at the NIH and other scientific institutions.

Address Lookup Tool (ALT) for National Children's Study

The Address LookUp Tool (ALT) allows medical providers affiliated with defined National Children’s Study (NCS) segments to look up addresses of their pregnant patients to determine if they may be eligible to participate in the NCS.
