Baseline Expectations

The CTAB discussed plans for moving to Phase 2, where there will be consequences for orgs that do not meet Baseline.

    • communicate to community the deadline for meeting baseline expectations is  Friday, Dec. 14, 2018 deadline (before Internet2 / InCommon shuts down for the holiday)
    • Participants should make changes needed to meet Baseline Expectations or submit plan for making changes by Friday Dec 14 2018
    • MC suggested some good wording around this.
    • DavidW and ReneeS can help with the suggested communication.
    • Mention in the communication that CTAB set the deadlines.
  • Suggestion to tweak the roadmap to bring it up to date  https://spaces.at.internet2.edu/display/BE/Baseline+Processes+Roadmap
  • It will be important to inform the community of whether metadata will or won’t be processed over winter break.

LOGO requirement issues

  • NickR will look at adding a checkbox in federation manager  for an IDP to indicate if they have the same policy (logo and privacy policy?) for all of their SPs
  • MC reports that Innosoft often has individual/different logo for each organization, since each IDP wants their own logo.
