Agenda:

1. The NSTIC grant should be submitted by Friday's call. So, there will
be an official announcement of that on the call.
2. A first draft wire frame for Integration Strategy 1 is posted on Box.
Please review before the call so we can discuss it.

3. A continued appeal for someone to work on Integration Strategy 2. We
are now behind schedule and run the risk of missing our opportunity to
have something ready by the PESC data summit in May.

4. We have some user stories from the InCommon-Student group, as well as
our initial story and rough general diagram. I have linked from our
Integration Strategies and Wire Frames spaces page to the
InCommon-Student group where these additional stories are located.
Please take a look at these before the call and decide which of these
your organization may be able to eventually support. It would be nice to
get started diagramming the flows for one or several of these stories so
we can have the wire frames ready for the May meeting.

Discussion:

Gave Jim Leous the information needed to work on Wire Frames for IS2.

"Tunnel down to the Wire Frames folder and you'll find Balsamiq files for IS1. IS1 ~= IS2/Flow 1. I suggest that you start with my IS1 wire frames and modify the first page to add the local login button that's depicted in the IS 2 Overview close to the top of the page I linked to earlier. Continuing down the left-hand side of the Overview you'll see where Flow 1 plugs in. Once you've made the modifications to IS1 to match the Overview, we're set to continue wire-framing the Overview and plugging in the right hand side of drawing."

Flows 1, 2, 3, and 4 are all at that same link, further down. Before we're done, the Overview has to be complete and all 4 flows has to be plugged in."

Discussion about attribute aggregation. Patrick will get started on flows for attribute aggregation from CommonApp and ApplyYourself viewpoint. Jim will talk to Vince to see if he can start on flows. 

Ann West: We just had a call with DoEd to discuss how we can help with their requirements. Gave them an update. They are excited. 

Ann West: The NSTIC abbreviated proposal was submitted Tuesday night. We have a confirmation and grant number.

Action Items:

Jim and Patrick: start on flows for Attribute aggregations.

Jim: start on wire frames for IS2. Arnie will help after Tuesday. I think Mike Simpson will help.

Vince: work on "Administrator User Stories" for matching. Ann volunteered to work with Vince on this.

Arnie Collaborate session for the next technical call. Make the call 2 hours, either 1 to 3 or 2 to 4.
