New Topic: NSTIC Grant Proposal

Discussion:

Minutes of Wire Frame Conversation

Reviewed Wire Frame discussion.

Discussed Balsimq and Box folder.

Discussed results of business call. Replacing Vendor with "relying partner" or "service provider." Put out the call for ROI stories.

Discussed the possibility of running groups in parallel to address account creation and attribute aggregation use cases. We should start working on the stories. Patrick has already begun to work with Nate on some stories in preparation for the eventual release of this project. Patrick will bring Nate back in and try to coordinate with ACT and/or College Board.

Bob described NSTIC to the call. Arnie discussed the grant. Bob went into details. A lot of people are interested in applying for this. Many of the things they are looking for seem to be squarely in line with the grant opportunity. A great deal of interest from I2 and Inc, as well as PESC. Good to have resources and endorsement from the Feds. Bring NSTIC more centrally into this project. Choice, privacy, resilience.

Comments:

National program, payoff big. Academic community specifically targeted. Incumbent upon us to bring this project up. Privacy is going to be one of the "strings" that will be attached to this project.

Mark will be the scribe for the next session.

Action Items:

Patrick reach out to Nate and Nirmal to start working on flows on attribute aggregation use cases and flows to prepare for wireframing and power point slides for the May meeting.

Arnie send out NSTIC documents to mailing list.
