Notes

  • .8 planning and the Technical Roadmap
    • will need to focus on the scalability as part of our immediate concern
    • our release windows are getting longer, which is not a good thing, though having a .8 release for the sake of the LIGO F2F is not necessary; if we do get the LDAP provisioning, that has been the major deliverable so it is worth a release
    • there is still more work to be done in UI stuff (changing how enrollment flows are collected, bug fixes, look and feel) but that doesn't seem as critical as scalability issues
  • Cake upgrade
    • should we move forward with this at this time (CO-369)? Not in the middle of extended coding touching multiple issues, so it might be a good time
      • will put a day's worth of time in to this; added to sprint12

What functionality will be shown off at Pasadena meeting in March?

  • showing that everyone fits in to the data model
  • that we have decided on a CO structure and will move forward with it
  • LDAP provisioning works
  • Grouper integration (as much as possible)
  • password changing stuff would be a nice-to-have

Priorities for Marie?

  1. UI improvements (side bar, etc),
  2. scalability (including the search boxes),
  3. kerberos plug-in
